From our location in the historic Southside Village area to our private treatment rooms, you'll feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment you arrive.

NeoDerm was founded in 1992 as a clinical skin care facility, designed to improve environmentally damaged skin, and conditions such as acne, rosacea and melasma.  Although our care programs evolved to include aesthetic procedures, we never forgot the importance of our original goals.

CONSIDERATIONS – Please Review

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Later appointments are available by special request.

Parking: Ample parking is available in our front of our building or along the side of our facility.

Cancellation Policy: We are pleased that our professionals are in considerable demand. Of course, we know emergencies occur. Otherwise, we kindly request a 24-hour notification of a change in your appointment time.

Arrival Time: Prior to your first appointment for any of our services, please plan to arrive ten minutes before your scheduled time to complete forms that allow us to provide you with the appropriate care.

E-mail Addresses: We often offer specials for our services and products via e-mail notification. Be assured that we will not share your information with any others. Period!

Cell Phones: For your personal experience and in consideration of others, we ask that you place your cell phones on vibrate and use with discretion.

Payment: We accept Discover, MasterCard, and Visa, as well as cash or check.

Return Policy: If you are dissatisfied with any product purchase, please notify us. We have a generous refund/exchange policy within the first 30 days of purchase.

Gift Cards: We offer NeoDerm Aesthetics Gift Cards available in your chosen denomination that can be applied to any of our services or products.
