Dr. Michael Bryant
Medical Director
Dr. W. Michael Bryant began his practice of plastic and reconstructive
surgery in Sarasota in 1975. Prior to that, he graduated from the
University of Delaware (BA) in 1959 and from The Johns Hopkins University
(MD) in 1963. He is board certified in both surgery and plastic surgery.
Before beginning his private practice, he was on the faculties of the University
of Kentucky and the University of Mississippi. He served as President
of the Sarasota County Medical Society, President of the Southeastern Society
of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons and Chief of Staff of the Sarasota
Memorial Hospital.
His personal interests include aviation, photography,
painting, cooking, reading and writing. |

Sandra M. Day
Clinical Aesthetician
Sandra, co-founder of NeoDerm Aesthetics, is a licensed facial specialist who has a passion for providing state-of-the-art corrective and anti-aging procedures, as well as customized home care protocols. With over 38 years’ experience in the medical field, she also serves as the Administrator at NeoDerm Aesthetics.
Sandra is now the immediate Past President of the national Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists (SPSSCS). In April, she presided over the 16th Annual Meeting of the SPSSCS which was held in Washington, DC. She delivered her Presidential Address on April 21st at the beginning of the four day meeting. The educational program Sandra helped develop was well rounded with the latest information presented by outstanding speakers in the field. She will be attending the next Board of Directors meeting in Toronto the first week in October, which coincides with the annual meeting of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Sandra also presently serves as a member of the Medical Skin Care Sub-committee of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. With her national involvement, she stays abreast of the latest in skin care products and procedures.
Sandra has authored numerous articles on topics related to skin care and has been featured as both a speaker and model at many local events in Sarasota.

Dot Lukas first became acquainted with NeoDerm as a valued
client over 16 years ago. In 2002, she joined our staff as our Office
Manager. She is exceptionally knowledgeable in the benefits of the
retail products we carry as well as all the services offered at our skin
care center. Dot will work with you from your first phone call to
provide information and arrange an appointment that fits your schedule. In
addition to her managerial skills, Dot is certified as an Endermologie
Technician and provides Lipomassage services for cellulite reduction and
body contouring. |

Judy is a highly trained artist and uses the very advanced Newelle Technique™ to
combine her artistic ability, color expertise, and permanent cosmetic
application methods to assure you of soft, natural looks that complement
your own coloring.
Judy is a Nationally Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional and a Member-Sponsor of
the largest non-profit professional association in the industry,
the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals, as well as the
National Cosmetic Tattooing Association. All members of SPCP subscribe
to the strictest Code of Ethics in the industry, so be assured she adheres
to the highest standards of safety and ethics as well as technical ability. |
